Delay very often isn't a function of groups.io but some specific email providers.? One in particular that seems to delay messages is Roadrunner (
xx@...)? For a time ALL messages to subscribers on Roadrunner were delayed until late at night and and then, a very limited time was given to pass the messages to them from groups.io.
