Re: Abusive person, how to get rid of him?

Just to be absolutely clear,? you are not in violation the first amendment. I am one of 2 owners of a group and we researched this subject several months ago. A private group can make whatever rules it wishes around what to allow.
This person is perfectly free to start their own group.

Thanks Marv and others!
This abusive person had one agenda that the rest of? us have rejected several years ago.
The discussion then was intense, but the opinion of thoughtful people was sought.
All of the rest (1000 or so) of us have moved on.
But this one person keeps bringing it up. He is polite but the fact that he has signed up with now 5 different usernames tell me a lot.
Trouble is that everyone who supported me (Owned and Moderator) in this situation includes his message, and does not delete it. He won't move on because he is in the same "hobby" as the rest of us.
The advice to just silence him is good and is working.
But now some people say that I am in violation of the First Amendment.
Instead of quoting the significant words.......Congress shall? make no law........I just let them go read it so that no discussion on that appears.
So silence is best!
