not a welcoming and accepting place in which to speak the truth.

In retiring I might note that the two major topics of recent discussion
have consisted of seeking ways to work around recurring user errors because the
users are either unable or unwilling to follow simple email procedures and
network etiquette that had been well known and common standards for four decades
years or more.
