Images in messages and calendar often stripped and then show a "blob" error message

 

Many of the images that I copy/paste into messages and calendar events are stripped and then show an error like this:?

¡°Cannot convert blob:/35dfe00a-1983-45f1-92eb?to Blob. Resource might not exist or is inaccessible.¡±?

How can I resolve this?
