Cathy -- This is the biggest problem. As long as the receiving group does not appear in your "In Process" pull-down, you will not be able to check transfer progress, nor will you be able to click the "Give Go Ahead to Transfer" button in Step 4.

If we cannot get past this, it's premature to even be talking about inviting the transfer agent.

Did one of your co-owners initiate the transfer??This seemed to be the problem with Keith H's transfer, and he ended up contacting support to clear the logjam. I believe there are other ways to fix it without contacting support, but let's be sure we know what the problem is first, taking things one step at a time.
