If she's getting "no subscriptions," then she didn't click on her name...that would come up if she clicked on "Your Groups."

How do I help her please? I have not seen this situation in any emails to this group or have had it reported to me by any other of my group? members.
Most likely, she is logged in under the wrong email address.?Find her member record in your group (Admin>Members) and find out what email address is subscribed. Send her that with instructions to pull down her name at upper right and select Logout. If she logs back in using the correct email address she should then be able to access your group content.
