I go to the in progress button and click and there is now no drop down
list even though I am the owner on groups.io????
You have to be logged in using the same email address as when you initiated the transfer.
Did you (I can't tell from the screenshot) click on the arrows at the right of the list to open it?
So I go to the set up transfer button and get to the following page.
Clicking the Set Up New Transfer button again sets up a new transfer. It is not the way to find out about a transfer you have already set up.
I have clicked on the green button as I want to go the go ahead for
the transfer and nothing happens. It just keeps coming back to the
same screen.
I believe you're looking at the In Process page for the new transfer. But it is possible that the system has merged the two requests if they were for the same Y!Group and Groups.io group. Either way, that page
typically has a box at the top to tell you what's up.
So is there a problem? Have I done something wrong?
Maybe. You may have set up another transfer for the same pair of groups. I've no idea how that might be handled, or if it has led you into a blind alley.
