Browse to your actual group on groups.io (https:/groups.io/g/GROUPNAME). Is there a blue "owner" badge next to the Home button at top left? If not, you are logged in under an email address that is not the owner of the group. Log out and then log back in using the correct address.
So I go to the set up transfer button and get to the following page.

I have clicked on the green button as I want to go the go ahead for the transfer and nothing happens. It just keeps coming back to the same screen. So is there a problem? Have I done something wrong? Is it a server issue??
Again, I think you're logged in under the wrong email address. I'm frankly confused as to how you managed to get to this page at all, if you weren't able to pull down the group name from the In Process menu. Perhaps you bookmarked it during a previous session? Or maybe you are transferring more than one group, using different email addresses to do so?
I hope this helps, but frankly I'm a little confused, too, especially with the screenshots cropped as they are. I'm sure it's something simple and we'll get it figured out soon.
