Hi, That's called a blacklist and you'll need to ask Mark to unblock it for you. I asked him to for Lavabit and he did. However I did submit sufficient evidence that it isn't currently a disposable email service.
Apples and oranges. Lavabit is an encrypted email service, not a temporary email address service. Xemaps.com is a disposable email address service. Their FAQ page even says that some places block their domain because of this.
