From what I can tell, I only have one acct now. ?I had two but¡
I started the group in Apr last year and all was fine. ? Then, something happened and I couldn¡¯t get my messages sent and kept wondering why no one ever responded to my emails. ? Anyway, I seem to have only: ?cricket4di18@... attached but still can¡¯t take me off moderation as it doesn¡¯t show me as owner. ? So, no one can see my emails in the group.

Diana,

I am not even sure which acct was the original one but the passwords don¡¯t work. ?I can¡¯t log out and then in again as it doesn¡¯t work.

Do not yield to frustration.

Instead make a list of your email addresses. As I mentioned, each email address used at has its own account; that means it has its own account settings, its own list of group subscriptions, and its own subscription settings in each group. So to figure it out try each one.

Go to the upper right corner and click on your name. That will show the email address you are currently logged in with:

You can check that address off your list: we've seen that it is a member of your group, but not an owner or moderator.

Then click the Logout item in that menu.

For each of your remaining addresses:

  1. Go to the Log In page:

  2. Click Email me a link to log in (you could try guessing your password and using the green Log In button instead, but you've indicated that they don't work).

  3. Enter the email address in the box.
  4. Open the email interface where you receive messages for that email address.
  5. Look for a message from with the subject Link to log into . You may have to look in your Spam or Junk folder if it doesn't arrive in your Inbox.
  6. Open the message and click on the link in it. If it is not clickable copy it and paste it into your browser's address bar.
  7. If needed, navigate back to your group's Home page.
  8. Make note if the Home button has a badge indicating Owner or Mod status.
  9. If it does then you've found the correct email address. Make a note of that on your list.
  10. Optionally, Click on the Account item in the menu under your name (upper right corner) and set a new password for this address. Make a note of that too!
  11. Optionally, Logout of this address and try the next one on your list
Good luck!
