Yes, I'm sure. I received the 'Your Group has been Transferred" email and it said right there that none of the messages were transferred.? And, yes, I can still log in to our group and see/search/view all the old messages. They are there and accessible to me anyways.

?

Thanks so much for your excellent suggestions. I'll try those again!

I just finished migrating our group to Groups.io and NOT A SINGLE message was migrated. This kind of defeats the point.

Yes, it does.

Are you sure the transfer is actually done? If you haven't yet received a completion email, then it's probably still working. Also remember that you cannot transfer more than 100,000 messages without paying for a one-year upgrade, so you might want to check on that.

Is there a way to manually migrate messages over. Or is there a way to get to try again?

Yes...you can start a new transfer to retrieve those areas that were left behind, but you will first have to delete the existing one.?

Go to the transfer page at?/yahootransfer?. Pull down the "In Process" menu and select your group.?On the ensuing page:

  • Is there a grey box at the top that says "Your group has been transferred?" If not, the transfer is still underway. Wait awhile longer.
  • Is the "Transfer Messages" box checked? If not, the transfer agent did what you told it to do.

Assuming your transfer is actually done, click the red "Delete Completed Transfer" button at the bottom of the page. Upon confirmation, you can try again. Be sure to check ONLY the Transfer Messages checkbox this second time around.

Keep in mind that the ability of the transfer agent to move your group content depends on the accessibility of Yahoo's servers. If for some reason you can't get to your Yahoo group content, the agent won't be able to, either.

Good luck!
