I have a member who went through the automatic unsub process and clicked the link to get back into the group.? Since then, though, she's not getting many messages and those that she is getting have no footer.? We have some not very computer savvy members, so I've added links to the photos and files in the footer since they often can't find them.?? Any thoughts on what might be happening here?My guess is that the subscriber didn't receive an "unsub for spam" email at all, but a bounce probe. Open the subscriber's member record and click on the "Email Delivery History" button at the top. Have there been any recent hard bounces? Does the Activity log show the account as having recently encountered bouncing activity? If a subscriber has a full inbox, (s)he will encounter a "hard bounce." At that point groups.io will quit sending group emails and will instead send periodic "bounce probes." Clicking the link in that probe will temporarily fix the bouncing situation with groups.io but the subscriber can expect continued message delivery issues until such time that they fix the underlying problem. ? This is all a guess, of course. As to the footer problem, an example would be handy. Be advised that plain-text messages sent to the group will be forwarded without active hyperlinks unless you force html in your group settings (see Message Formatting).?
