I'm getting this message at /g/TekScopes/subdeliveries :

421 cxr-ibgw-5003a.stratus.cloudmark.com cmsmtp 66.175.222.12 blocked. Refer to Error Codes section at http://postmaster.cox.net/confluence/display/postmaster/Error+Codes for more information. AUP#CXCNCT

CXCNCT? is "Connection issue from IP address"

I tried pinging 66.175.222.12 from a command prompt. It just times out. I'm guessing that qualifies as a "connection issue".

I forwarded the error message to "help" at cloudmark.com.?
