Does Mark rotate the outbound servers?
Not that I know of. Of the 18,000+ messages from groups.io that I've saved in my email, none has been from a different IP.

That's not to say he hasn't (e.g. for groups I'm not in or member services other than Gmail) or won't tomorrow.
