I already have 7 subscribers to my new group overnight, and their first post requires moderator approval, but I can’t find how to do that.

?

I have followed the link in the Needs Approval link in a post, but can’t figure out what to do.

In the Message Approval Needed email, the View this message online link should take you to a page similar to this:



If you aren't seeing this the most likely explanation is what Bruce said: you are not logged in to Groups.io, or are logged in using an email address which is not a group owner or moderator. The Owner badge he referred to is shown on the Home button, just under the Groups.io logo in the screenshot above. If you need to navigate to this page click the Admin button on the left to open the buttons for admin functions, then click the Pending button.

In that list you can check the box next to the message(s) you wish to approve, then click the green Aprove button.

Or you can click on the message subject to open the message and read it first.
