Hello managers and owners.
as an owner of severla groups, i am having issues with mspectrum.
every now and then i get the message that i am bouncing, and i have to click the link to unbounce.
also, a major annoyance is my messages are sometimes days old.
i know my box is nto bouncing, anyone els ehaving issues with spectrum?
Your Spectrum on-line mailbox has settings that can be configured to direct all filtered mail to your on-line inbox rather than to trash/junk. Once that's set, you can read mail on-line or you can download it with an email client and nothing is blocked by Spectrum.
The downside to this approach is that if Spectrum's filter has been catching a lot of real spam, it will now put that spam in your in-box.
I use an email client to download my email and that client has an excellent junk mail filter built in... it learns as it goes and it learns quickly. That feature is pretty much the norm for decent email programs.
