That I do not know the answer to as I use a gmail email address.
I do know that gmail usually doesn't send copies of ones email back to the user. Some other email providers do send one's own messages back to them automatically where gmail doesn't.
Thank you for previous responses.? Unfortunately this one member is still have this problem.? He has exhaustively checked the spam settings on his internet service provider server. Also checked his spam settings on his client computer.
Can someone confirm that the option mentioned above an earlier response, re: check box for 'receive copies of my own emails,' only appears as an option if the user has a Gmail address?? I do not see that setting in the preferences of this particular user, who is not a Gmail user. (he is using Big Pond, which is the Telstra email service (Australia)).
There are no bounce messages in his Email Delivery History.
