Wouldn't that email just show the path from Groups.io to her? I think you need to look at the email as shown on the web page for Groups.io via More -> View Source. This would show the path the email took to reach Grousp.io.

Whoops... I withdraw my earlier (a few minutes ago) response about stripping "Received:" headers and apologize...

Mail sent from a home email account contains all headers from point of origin to point of delivery back to someone with a home email account. Someone receiving mail at home should be able to paste the headers into the link I provided and see the delays between handoffs all listed... usually only a few seconds.

But just for the record... what you see in a delay analysis isn't always clear. A delay between X and Y can because X was slow in passing things along... or it can be because Y gave X a 4xy response, effectively telling X, "Not now, try again later." In the latter case the problem is at Y. A header analysis can't tell the difference... tho the problem is usually with the sending site.
