There will be a series of Received-by: things in the header. See appended text for example. You will need to provide this text for the message that was actually held up, not the one retained on the originating server. By parsing through this mess, it's possible to determine where the message was held up. With servers sometimes in different time zones, it's not necessarily a trivial exercise; but my guess is that it was probably not groups.io. Hope this helps, Bruce
