I¡¯m not sure if this message should go to group help forum or group
managers forum, so will start with group managers first.
No problem. There is no clear distinction.

GMF's emphasis is on helping group managers, but neither group enforces a distinction between management topics and member topics.

When they have contacted their technical support people for mymts.net
that get the following message¡ªBUT since they don¡¯t have a copy of the
¡®bounced¡¯ or blocked message, they have NOTHING to send to the tech
support people.
The full message isn't available, but the members can look up the response code that mymts.net gave when they bounced the message. There are two places they can find it:

Go to your Account and have a look at the Recent Bounces page.

Go to your Subscription page (in any group) and look in the Email Delivery History tab.

The Subscription page will have information about bounced messages from that particular group; the Account page will have information about all of the messages sent to the user.

The error code and text given in the Reason column should be enough information for the support people to go on.
