I have someone who keeps trying to reply to the confirmation email but keeps getting "undelivered" message back.
I have noticed that his email address is of the form name@... ?where "owndomain" is his name. ?I think that it's a virtual domain and the problem is that he might be using a bigger isp to relay his mail.
Can anyone advise?
