Members being unsubbed and banned/need help

I have not been reading in this group, so if this has been addressed already, I apologize.

I have members being unsubbed and even banned for ?see edited post that announces this to me below.?? MY question is what can I do to remedy this?? It is the io group that is doing this and it is making it very uncomfortable for some of my members.?? We don't know what they are doing to illicit this and I am unable to find any information in the help on io page.?? Thanks.? dash
