Hi! With Yahoo groups, if you unsubscribe via email, before you are unsubscribed, you get a confirmation question to verify your intent. Does the same thing happen with Groups.io? I'm asking because a subscriber claims the unsubscribe command is not working, and I suspect it is user error instead. I always added this to my footer message for Yahoo groups, and can I do the same for Groups.io?

"Watch for confirmation message and do a reply/send or the unsubscription process will not be completed."
