Kathy, I have received this same message from TWICE now. I am a member in quite a few groups now on and I have no idea which group is involved in this. ?Delivery rejection (bouncing) is tracked against your email address, without regard to which particular group(s) sent the message(s) which were rejected.? You must take action to restore your account, or we will unsubscribe you from all of the groups you are a member of. ?This part of the message is in error - you will not be unsubscribed. But until you unbounce you will not receive more group postings.?
?You would have to ask your email service - it is they that are rejecting group messages sent to your address. Some information will be available to you in the Recent Bounces page of your Account. Select Account from the menu that drops down from your name in the upper right corner of any Groups.io page. Then click the Recent Bounces button on the left.
