That same message needs to be sent out to the group on the 15th of each month, but not necessarily as a 'Special Notice'.
Is it my imagination or does this query arise fairly regularly? Perhaps one solution would be to ask on beta for a second (or even third) "Member Notice" to be made available to Owners / Moderators, to be sent out on a fixed but selectable date every month.
It is not something we would seem to require on the Group I moderate, so I feel that any such suggestion should come from a Group Owner or Moderator who
does see the need; apart from anything else having been involved in a small refinement of the proposed revamped "Topics" page I don't want to push my luck with Mark!
