The member was invited by myself via an email from the group. When he clicks on the link his?browser comes back with network error and will not connect to the web page.
What are the requirements to be able to connect to Group io?

To have any hope of guessing what the problem is we'd need more information, such as what he means by "cannot join". Does this mean that he can't access Groups.io at all (but the rest of the web is fine)? Or does this mean that he gets this error at some point while attempting to use the Groups.io sign-up page? Or does it mean something else?
A screen-shot of the error might be a good place to start, but step-by-step info on what the member is trying to do will still be helpful.
