I had the problem a couple of years ago with a small yahoo group.? The only owner went missing years ago, a friend of mine was a moderator with very limited powers.? As she became seriously ill, she asked me to try to rescue the group.? But since new members had to be approved and the only person able to do it missing and yahoo not even bothering to respond to any requests for help and my friend passing away since, sadly impossible to do anything.

No. He's not a moderator.

And even if the group allows members to access the Member list, the member version of the list does not include email addresses.
