Indelicate subject - Red Beets and deficient hydrochloric stomach acid
I once read about a purported test for cancer
causing stomach deficiency of hydorchloric acid. It involved eating canned red beets - juice and all. If the stool was red this was allegedly evidence of insufficient cancer inducing stomach hydrochloric acid. I would like to have some comments. JEROME WALLACH |
