Hi to you I also use kefir for along time now since I can't find organic quark or cottage cheese, we buy organic grass feed cow milk all full cream in the fridge the cream separates from the milk them we add the kefir grains for 24 hours and do the process mentioned by Shalmom Jean, me too I think is better than quark or cc more easy to mix, note this help.

Hi Jackie, the important part is to remember, your kefir or cottage cheese needs to have 10g of protein. If you are going with Kefir than you need to drain the liquid and the left over will be a cheese texture ready to use. Regards, Dana From: "Jackie Volkova capekidnappers4u@... Shalom Jackie, of course you can drain commercially prepared Kefir and then use the Kefir cheese to mix with the flax seed oil. Shalom Diane, once the Kefir is DRAINED, it will be thick (concentrated) enough. Rahel Jerusalem? On Sun, Sep 17, 2017 at 6:26 AM, Jackie Volkova capekidnappers4u@...
