Oleolux and Flax Oil Dressing
Are these important to take? In reading Sandra's instructions, it seems that I am missing the servings of fruit juice with ground flax seed. Could I have another serving of FO/CC instead of those? ?I do have a carrot juice mid-morning and, if I have time, I have another in the afternoon. ?(My dogs are loving the carrot pulp.) Now, that's another thing. ?How does anyone find the time to do this all when you are working? ?I'm currently on disability, so I can spend my day cooking, juicing, cleaning and eating. ?I feel like I am spending all day preparing FOCC, herbal tea, prepping vegetables, juicing, cleaning the juicer, doing the dishes and then eating it and starting all over again! When I go back to work, I will be gone for 12 hours and lunch and dinner have to be taken to the office. How do you get around this? Thanks so much for any answers. ?Everyone here is really helpful and I am grateful I found you. :) |

Hi Beverly It sure does feel like a full time job, I don't know how it can be done while working.... Perhaps grind your flax seeds & add them to your fresh carrot juice then drink it - that would get the extra serve in (the lignans in the freshly ground flax seeds are the main thing that deals with the cancer) without having an extra FOCC. Best wishes on your journey :) Cheers Liz On Tue, Jul 18, 2017 at 2:57 PM, beverly.buchanan@... [FlaxSeedOil2] <FlaxSeedOil2@...> wrote:

Hi Beverly, I am working full time and do my best. In addition to the protocol, I am also doing two coffee enemas a day. If you go to the files, you can find a helpful word document how to make it work when one is working. It sure takes all my day, but if I didn't do it, then my body wouldn't get a chance.
All the best, Karin |
Hi Beverly, I can imagine how hard it is for you to do all that you need to do with your knee problem and the time keeping. It takes time to get used to learn where to cut corners. If you are using Western cheese, do not worry about it not being organic if you cannot find anything else. Just make it as delicious as you can and enjoy it. When you are eating it let your imagination run with it, see it go into your body and healing all the cells that need it. Juicing, if you are making your juice in the morning, make enough to have it for the afternoon as well. You can use Mason jars but fill them to the top so that there is no room for the air to get in. You then simply take the second one and add the ground seeds. I used to peal my carrots in the evening, put them into one of those glass trays, add a little bit of water, cover them with a stretchy plastic and keep it in the fridge. That eliminates one part in the morning. Will you loose weight while on this protocol? Count the calories and see if it is less then you used before. Some people lose and some gain. Don't eat too many nuts as a 100g has about 700 calories. About going back to work and trying to do it all when you are working 12 hours, I know that it cannot be easy. However, do not worry over it until you have to. In the meantime you will become more efficient as the time goes with new ideas that will help you. We are all here, ask any question that might come up and someone will help you with suggestions. We have all been where you are now, at least to a degree. Linda, I would like to believe that there are more nutrients left after the peeling. I may be a perfectionist but carrots never look all that nice, so my peeling takes away the bad spots. The carrots that sell in batches of just a few look very healthy and I imagine washing them well would be okay. Ours come from California in a plastic bag that sits for a while. I think it is really up to each one of to do what makes us comfortable. One of my good friends does a lot of juicing, never peels them and is healthy. have since learned not to even scrub as it has necessary soil microbes humans
are now lacking.

开云体育I have learned that important probiotics are given though the skin, as long as it is organic, just washing is ok. I eat wild raspberry, for that reason.? not only for raspberry power, but for the probiotics?? they contain on their skin. On July 18, 2017, at 6:47 PM, "'Gini Newcomb' new.art@... 开云体育I agree. I never have enough time to get everything on the BD diet prepared
and eaten. I have not been doing the extra ground flax seeds and champagne or
juice. And occasionally not time for the second FO/CC.
My body requires a 2:00 nap so maybe if I eliminated the much needed
nap....
