Oil Beads ...and butter fats
Barb
On oil beading: I agree that it seems we are
going on and on but it does seem like a REALLY important thing to get right. I have noticed that too regarding a glistening and with magnifying glass tiny tiny beads but no oil surfaces after sitting. I get a better mix with whole fat yogurt than low fat. I think because fats dissolve other fats better. I finally got low fat yogurt and found it harder to get the oil to disappear in it. I guess butter fat is bad for us or else low fat wouldn't have been specified. If I am wrong, tell me because I much prefer the whole fat dairy products esp yogurt. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? New and Improved Yahoo! Mail - 100MB free storage! |

Perhaps FO mixes better in dairy products with more fat, but animal fats including butter fat are to be avoided as much as possible in the Oil-Protein Diet. We need to use low fat quark or CC.
