Ed: Thanks for sharing your history. One more thing-- if I may ask-- what made your doctor check for Prostate Cancer if your PSA was only 1.9 at the outset? (Seems rather a low level for alarm.)

Hi Bronwynn, In our Introduction to the Budwig Protocol, we say not to overeat. Stuffing yourself isn't good. Let's see what you can omit. Wine is optional, so you can eliminate that & omit 150

I am only 5 ft and 110 lbs. I find it hard to believe this diet was intended to be exactly the same for a 5 ft, 110 lbs. woman as a 6ft 4in, 300 lbs man so I just cut the portion size on everything

Bronwynn, Perhaps instead of cutting out part of the menu, you can just cut down on portions. If you are gaining unwanted weight, it would make sense to scale back the amounts more than cutting out
