Gotten worse
I had prostate issues with a high psa around a year ago.? My psa was at 6.5, just had reading and it was at 11.2 and free psa at 6.92.?? I had gone to the full budwig of 3 tablespoons flax oil, 2 table spoons ground flax seed and 6 tablespoons low fat cottage cheese.? This was done twice a day.? Also I am taking other supplements including fenben and ivermectin.? My nurse oncologist wants me to see a oncologist.? She also feels that because I am taking so many supplements it is compromising my immune system.? Must say I am disappointed, did not expect such a radical jump |

Thanks for answering so soon. ?After spraying the seeds, do you keep them covered or let them dry a bit, uncovered? ?I can see, though, that as you mention, it might not solve my particular problem, the results being hard to discern unless we get a new coffee grinder because the old one is so encrusted with oil residue already. ? |

I buy flax seeds from a local farm as well, albeit through the grocery store, Askegaard. Farms I have never experienced your problem. Curious as to what type of coffee grinder you are using. I use a $17 Hamilton Beach grinder with visible spinning blades. All it takes is a little brush and a blow to clean. I wonder if a different source of flax seeds might offer better results? I do not think that moistening the flax seeds will help. Kyle - what kind of press do you have?? And have you had times where instead of the oil coming cleanly out of the slits in the bottom and the dry cake coming out the front, you get a sticky, gooey mass coming out the slits and gumming up the works? Yes, it's a simple matter of spraying water on the flaxseeds and waiting a day or two.? But I think your issue is a completely different problem and I'm not sure that increasing the moisture content would?help.? You could try though. Have any of you had problems pressing your own FSO?? I had problems on and off for years before I discovered the secret to consistent results - hydration.? Seeds are typically stored at low moisture levels of 5-6% to prevent mold, while 8-10% is required for good, clean pressing without gumming up the press.? So if you¡¯ve had problems pressing FSO, I¡¯d be happy to help troubleshoot.

Are you asking if you can add the hemp hearts in addition to freshly ground flaxseeds on the FOCC? ?
I wouldn't omit the flaxseeds as they are higher in omega 3 fatty acids, whereas hemp hearts are much higher in omega 6. Perhaps sprinkle the hemp hearts on a salad? I often add pumpkin and sunflower seeds to my salads for extra nutrients.
Remember, if you are feeling too full, a small person can reduce the portion size of focc. How about snacking on nuts for a great source of protein, too?

I have a close family friend in UK whose daughter (age: 31) in US is having last stage metastatic stomach cancer and declared by the Doctor as terminally ill and they can't do much about it now. She went through all required modern medical treatments but her condition instead is deteriorating. She's been provided liquid food through the tube.

I have suggested for Budgwid diet protocol.

If my memory recalls I read somewhere in one of the posts in the forum that there used to be Dr Johanna's clinic in Germany providing treatments even to those when Doctors have declared there is no hope of survival. Would anyone from the group by chance would have clinic's address?
