Have any of you had problems pressing your own FSO?? I had problems on and off for years before I discovered the secret to consistent results - hydration.? Seeds are typically stored at low moisture levels of 5-6% to prevent mold, while 8-10% is required for good, clean pressing without gumming up the press.? So if you¡¯ve had problems pressing FSO, I¡¯d be happy to help troubleshoot.
