My name is Jo?e and I've been reading the posts for a few days now. Must say that I'm glad that I have mom and dad that have previously read all sorts of stuff regarding the natural healing and in the last few years also every now and then reminded me of flaxseed oil and dr. Budwig success on healing cancer and other diseases. I hadn't any serious health issues before the start of january 2023. I started to feel strange bursting pain in my lower abdomen region. I didn't pay much attention to it (like us humans usually do-wait until its realy late), as it was not so painful at that time. End of January I went to my personal doctor where they tested me for infection (which was negative) and this was pretty much all. My next visit was at the start of February as the pain didn't go away. Still nothing, again test for infection (still negative) and schedule for a rectoscopy, which i will attend tomorrow. End of the february got for me a little bit more serious, grandmother of my wife passed away and this was really stressful situation for all of us. She had lymphoma, and it spread to all of her body, she died in les than a mont after her diagnose. Here my brain clicked and I started to research what is happening to me. Doctor had no clue as to my bloodwork and everything else was in perfect shape. I went to Ultrasound for neck and abdomen, abdomen shows nothing serious, but on the neck and down towards the chest (medistatinum). I still don't know my diagnosis (waiting for CT probably next week), but a lot of symptoms and markers are here: it started in february as i had to clear throat every morning, but this still have not gone away, it's getting worse, now clearing throat all of the day, palpable lymph node end of february (i discovered this when wife's grandmother died), very light night sweats, and in the last week non-productive coughing. I showed my doctor Neck Ultrasound images today and she seemed shocked and concerned. She prescribed a CT scan right away with high priority.?

Preventively I've already started with detox and 70 % BW diet:? - Throughout February i was already eating 50% of the time quark/Flaxseed oil combination with sunbread (soaked wheat, barley grains and raisins rolled and dried) - End of February gradually transitioned to only fresh veggies, fresh juice and fruits - In the beginning of March I mad 8 days fast, only drinking fresh juice and doing water enemas (hadn't yet the courage to try coffee enemas) - After the end of the fast I transitioned to BW slowly. First only fresh veggies and fruit, after one week morning BW musli, and salad for lunch, now in the last 10 days BW morning and evening and salad for lunch, also almost every day fresh juice in the morning, prepared for the whole day.?

It's not required by the protocol and it's typically more expensive but it's not a problem to use if you've already purchased it.? You are getting plenty of lignans with the ground seeds.
