Re: No access to Nancy's brand cottage cheese in Canada

Hi Karin, would love to, which part of GTA do you live in? I do go down to Toronto to my doctors and my whole family is still there. My siblings and I meet at Fairview Mall. I am off the next three days, just let me know when you are available. I have met some people over the years. You have my email address and can write privately dsmills2@...

I think it is great that you will be making your own yogurt, I do so many things that I just don't have the time. I do trust Organic Meadow as it comes from a group of smaller scale farmers. If we meet I can share all that I do lately and you can tell me all that you do, you seem to be doing everything the right way though.

I hope that the clouds and a promise of more thunder is not scaring you. :)

Take care,
Dana

I am not an expert, Dana, but I am doing the best I can. I've decided that I will be making my own jogurt instead of cottage cheese and drain it (exactly like I do with the store-bought). This way, I will get more probiotics into my system.

Since we are so close together, maybe we should get together one day and exchange our experiences.

Cheers, Karin.

I can't believe how GOOD the muesli tastes.? I had to add a bit of kefir to the FOCC because it was so thick and hope that's okay.? I added a small amount of mixed organic berries, a small bit of honey in the ground flax seeds and a chopped Brazil nut.? My husband tasted a tiny bit and even he liked it. ?(He eats nothing but junk food and just laughs at me, but I don't care...I'm taking care of myself.)

I also drank kefir instead of sauerkraut juice as my kraut is not ready yet and my order of organic juice hs not arrived yet.

It is also SUNNY here today, finally and I sat out and drank my herbal tea and soaked up the lovely rays.? What a treat.

My vegetable juice was beet, carrot, cucumber, wheat grass and a small apple.? It was not horrible, but I am going to experiment with other combinations. ?(I kind of just gulped it down.)

Now to make my lunch. ?(I am on a strange schedule as I don't get home from work until 2:30 a.m. and didn't get up today until almost 1:30 p.m.? When I'm tired, I just let myself get as much sleep as my body desires.)

Re: Castor oil packs for immune system, swollen lymph nodes & so much more

Hi Alison and Kristen,

I was really glad to be able to share this new discovery about the Castor Oil. I have been using it mainly as a detox and to stimulate the liver, every so often never knowing that it had so many other important properties. I am not an expert an have never used the heat. I am going to buy it this morning and start using it properly. Alison, I hope one of those seems right for you. I have always done it on double sheet of organic flannel. I put a folded tea towel on my table, cover it with the same size of a plastic then a lot of paper towel before I put the flannel so if any of it escapes it will be held there.? I wrap one of those long stretchy tapes that you would put on your wrist, around my body, a bit lower from my waist and then simply take my pack, put it over my stomach/liver area and lift the band over it. I then put another big towel to keep it warm and usually go on my bed. I do either Reiki or one of the Jin Shin Jyutsu therapy parts and always fall asleep. :)

Alison, I would love to hear how you did it for your husband and if it will help him. I hope you will see a big change but if you don't, don't lose hope. I wish you both many happy and healthy years.

Dana
p.s. here are the YouTube videos

The lady below has some really wonderful videos worth watching, one of them being dry brushing for lymph nodes. She also has my so loved Jin Shin Jyutsu.

"Topical Application of Castor Oil
Efforts should be taken to improve the function of the lymphatic system in every health problem. No drug exists that has the ability to improve lymphatic flow; however, the job can easily be handled through the topical application of castor oil.
When castor oil is absorbed through the skin, several positive events take place:
  • The lymphocyte count of the blood increases.
  • Lymph flow improves throughout the body, speeding the removal of cellular-related toxins and reducing swollen lymph nodes.
  • As toxicity is reduced and health improves, the pH of the saliva becomes less acidic, and the Peyer¡¯s patches in the small intestine become more efficient at fat absorption, which is essential for the formation of hormones and other components necessary for growth and repair.
  • There is a general overall improvement in organ function and a lessening of fatigue and depression."

Hi Benny,

It is never easy walking this road, should we or shouldn't we??? Yes, there is radiation from most tests, although, Ultra sound and MRI are safe or safer. Some monitoring is advisable, especially if you notice a decline in health.? Your wife seems to have some good results and some not so good, not unusual for anyone of us. You and your wife have to decide on the next step. Talk it over, think about it and much like making the decision to see the eye doctor, (I think that was a good idea) you can decide on the next move. You said that Castor oil might have helped her. Would you share with us how she used it and on which part of the body? I would really like to know what change occurred and how long you have used it.?

Benny, would you please let us know of your wife's progress? I really hope that we will hear of some good results. By the way, your wife being skinny, is that due to the loss of weight during some time lately or is that her natural weight.I have come across a suggestion that the weight could be due to some vitamin or mineral deficiency? Is there a way to check at least the main minerals?

Tons of blessings,
Dana

Is it safe to do a CT scan or MRI to cancer patient?
Although i saw within TTAC videos, its not a good thing to do, due to radiation and all.?

Also
Hoping we could succeed with this BP,?

And BP really did spread out the lymph node swelling at other areas or is it because of the cancer. Spreadin madly?..As new swollen lymphnide found ,to my wife

Am i doing the right thing with BP?
Or the doctor misdiagnosed this cancer...it maybe another disease?
All this questions still ringing to my head...

As i see her suffering due to one of the eye hurts and vision blurry ..
Her being so skinny like skeleton, that saddens me the most..

Today visited an eye doctor,as my wife insisted on going.
Currently planning to send her to a acupuncture clinic.

Positive side after using BP diet added with spirulina, coughing stopped again, pain gone (maybe castor oil helped her too on this),?

Can walk sit etc like normal
Throat was fine, as she can eat well
Although face a bit pale again now.

Cheers
Benny

I've heard that too, and that the effects of carrots' retinoids are enhanced by the sugar.

Yes, there are many.

I don't think they contain a therapeutic amount of B17, but they do contain abscisic acid, as do onions, onion sprouts, ASPARAGUS, spinach other green, leafy vegetables; and wheatgrass.
Virginia Livingston emphasized the cancer-healing power of abscisic acid.
