Re: Molasses

Hi Ivanka, where do you get seaweed these days that is not contaminated? I would love to incorporate some in my daily use but it seems difficult finding something that is clear of any pollution? Would really appreciate your input.

Kind regards,
Dana

Hi Ann,

As far as I know, molasses is a type of raw, unprocessed?sugar. A healthy option for most people, but definitely not for cancer patients.?
There are other natural ways to boost iron levels. Eating beetroot regularly, carrot juice, celery and seaweeds are very helpful. Especially wakame seaweed is, to me, very helpful.?
If it's an urgent situation and you need a quick effect, try Terra Nova Iron complex. It's fully natural and with organic herbs. Worked very well for me in the past.?

All the best,
Ivanka?

Hello all,
I read a post from someone recently that she was taking molasses for her iron. I began to take molasses then for my iron levels - trying to keep bloods healthy and doctor from having a reason to push surgery on me.? I was a bit taken back when I read the budwig diet did not permit molasses at all.? Molasses does appear to be very beneficial but I have stopped taking it.
Any thoughts?
Ann
