Ramon - my regimen is similar to yours but I eat tomatoes and spices, particularly cayenne, turmeric and ginger. I avoid bananas (high GI). Erections are much better since absolute zero 2 years ago.

Regina - tell your mother to have a big glass of water after the Budwig muesli. Constipation is not an expression of lactose intolerance. Tofu doesn't have enough sulphuric proteins/amino acids.
