Re: Oil of golden flaxseeds
Nurzat Jumashev
Thank you for your replies!? I have used Barlean's for a year, but price ?keeps rising every year. Now it is just not sustainable for me. One bottle comes out at around 50 usd with shipping. ?Besides, I have already got an oil press.? On Oct 3, 2017 10:41 AM, "Rita Wilson nova_139@... [FlaxSeedOil2]" <FlaxSeedOil2@...> wrote:

Re: Side effect of coffee enema
Hi Bin, Did you do it yourself or did you go to one of those 'colonics' places?? Either way, you needed to ask the doctor if it would be okay as he knows your problems, the surgeries you had and the possibility of something that might harm you.? I asked my surgical team on the last day in the hospital (8.5 years ago) after colon cancer surgery if it was safe for me to do colonics in the future and they said that it can be dangerous for me but that coffee enema would be fine. As the years go by, even if we think we are now healthy, it is still a good idea to have that confirmed by a doctor that knows our medical history. Bin, it is great that your problem was resolved easily, you will now know to ask first before doing anything. If I were you , I wouldn't do coffee enema anymore unless the doctor tells you that it is now safe. Take care and the best to you, Dana From: "bin sun sunbin_ca@... Hi group friend, It's Bin from Canada again. I have a question about the side effect of coffee enema.? I did try the coffee enema (first time) last Monday morning. But I got a very severe abdominal pain at night and went to emergency. They found out that I got a blockage at end of my small intestine. I have to stay at hospital over 3 days and nothing to eat and drink. Good thing is that the blockage or twist of the intestine was resolved by itself and do not need any surgery.? I had surgery almost 5 year ago to remove my gallbladder and first part of my small intestine due to my pancreatic cancer. Does the coffee enema can not be performed for patient who had digestive surgery before? Or what I experienced was just a coincident? Dose anyone have any experience of the coffee enema side effect? Please share your experience. Very appreciated. Bin - Toronto? ? |

Re: Oil of golden flaxseeds
if you are able to order Barlean's oil through Amazon? that would be a good solution. I have always found them to be very reliable and helpful. Some Golden flax is genetically modified too. Pressing your own I would think would be very difficult, you would need an expensive oil extractor. R.

Hello,
I wanted to ask if it was OK to use golden flaxseed oil as part of the budwig protocol. The thing is there is no organic flaxseed oil in my country. The only organic thing I could find was golden flaxseeds. So I was thinking of pressing my own oil at home.? Thank you, Nurzat |

Re: Breast Cancer... Wound Healing
Hi Ron,
I had 30 rounds of radiation for breast cancer.? The doctor prescribed a cream to use if I had itching or raw patches and I barely needed to use it. What I did use was Burt's Bees Aloe & Linden Flower After Sun Soother.? I put that on immediately after my treatments and then before bed.? I had minimal redness and the technicians were quick surprised that I did not burn or have any wounds other than 2 very minor ones right at the end of treatment which cleared up within a couple of days. The Burt's Bees product is available in most drug stores and is water soluble and has a pleasant scent.? I found it to be a very soothing light lotion. Wishing your friend great results and best health. Beverly |

Re: Ewing sarcoma
Dear Chandra, Some people become worse before getting better during the first three months. A cancer tumor can increase is size at the start of the BP. This is true also for someone taking Mistletoe (Alice, did your husband experienced that?). They usually tell you that if you are taking the IV Mistletoe not to have any scans for several weeks as it would show that the tumor is bigger. Having said that, the fact that your friend is having a problem breathing, I would definitely have a medical doctor check it out as it might signify an allergy or sensitivity to dairy or something more serious. An important question is how closely is she following the full Budwig plan? She must avoid eating meats, poultry, fish, eggs and sugar, etc. Wishing your friend's sister well and hope she soon improves, Dana From: "Shekhar Chaudhari shekhar_chaudhari@... Re: Breast Cancer... Wound Healing
Lara Pereira
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýIt depends skin to skin how long it will take the radiation area to present the same symptoms of sun burned skin. It took me 4-5 weeks.
The use of creams is to hydrate back the skin, I used what doctors recommended and after awhile I began using regular cosmetic creams.?
She could search Weleda's creams that are more natural.
Not using anything may imply further injuring the skin.

Re: Breast Cancer... Wound Healing
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHi Ron,? If it is still an open wound, she may clean it with hydrogen peroxide daily and then cover with sterile dressing until new skin grows.? I use castor oil on my surgery scar. Just massage on thinly and gently, not as a hot pad. That is after Rahel posted a link about benefit of castor oil. When I go to sauna, I will put a little more on thinking that the heat may help penetration. This is not a recommendation from my doctor(s) but I feel good about it. Just my intuition. Best wishes to your friend. Hugs, Annei On 2 Oct 2017, at 3:13 AM, 'Ronald Muscella' romus1@... [FlaxSeedOil2] <FlaxSeedOil2@...> wrote:

Re: Some food preferences ?
Denise Newkirk
Frank, ?you asked, 'I¡¯d like to know what others use for some of these foods. ' 1-Sour cream? A recipe for on baked potatoes also any recipes? The Budwig choice would be Oleolux.? You might try adding some sauerkraut or fermented veggies to the Oleolux.? Heating would destroy the probiotics and enzymes, of course, but in this case you would be using them more for flavor and as a topping, they would likely not be heated clear through. 2- hamberger buns?? I use either eziekel buns or english muffin I never use flour products.? If I were going to make a veggie burger, I would use baked portabello mushrooms or lettuce as a wrap in place of a bun. 3-100% pita bread for pizza crust or at health store. I¡¯m sure they¡¯re not 100% but only marked Wheat Crust.?any good suggestions or recipes? Frank, I know enough about your diet plan that I am going to take some liberties and advise you attempt to focus less on flour products.? How about using shredded veggies like summer or winter squash or sweet potatoes as your "crust"? 4 Pasta.? I have used 100% whole wheat and mixed with a veggie spiralizer, sweet potatoes? I absolutely love zucchini spirals.? You can use almost any veggie spiral - carrots, cucumbers, winter squash.? Some, like the cucumber, would be served raw.? More suggestions are cabbage, onions, broccoli, or root veggies like beets, turnips, or rhutabaga. Best, Denise On Sun, Oct 1, 2017 at 2:01 PM, Frank Samuell fsamuell99@... It only takes about an hour, one day a week and
two, 3# heads of cabbage.? On Sundays I make two, 1 quart jars of kraut and
juice the two quarts I made the previous Sunday.? Two quarts of kraut
yields one quart of juice which gets me through?each week.? There
aren't any stores around here that carry sauerkraut juice so I have no
choice.?
