I have used Barlean's for a year, but price ?keeps rising every year. Now it is just not sustainable for me. One bottle comes out at around 50 usd with shipping.

if you are able to order Barlean's oil through Amazon? that would be a good solution. I have always found them to be very reliable and helpful. Some Golden flax is genetically modified too. Pressing your own I would think would be very difficult, you would need an expensive oil extractor.

Hello,
I wanted to ask if it was OK to use golden flaxseed oil as part of the budwig protocol. The thing is there is no organic flaxseed oil in my country. The only organic thing I could find was golden flaxseeds. So I was thinking of pressing my own oil at home.?
