Yes you can yogurt goat or bovine. You must however strain it to remove the whey. Any porous cloth--like cheese cloth until you have a soft cheese like consistency. This will be like quark.

We just returned back home to live in Israel and it is so hard to find
the products here.
I'm still looking for organic cottage cheese and can't find it.
What are the alternatives? can I mix the flax oil with goat yogurt or
cow yogurt?
