Too much FO?

I recently purchased an awesome recipe book called Elaina's Pure Joy
Kitchen. She has a lot of great recipes that use FO. I am wondering
if I eat these meals w/fo in addition to the FO/CC if I might be
overdoing it.
Here is a sample recipe:
1 bunch of Kale
1 bunch of Chard
1 med. red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 med. avocadoes
1med. zuccini (julienned)
Marinade: 3/4 c flax oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. celtic salt
Remove stems from Kale and Chard and break into bite sized pieces.
Pour marinade over leaves and mix well. Squeeze leaves well with
your hands to help soften them. Mix the rest of the ingred. into
bowl with marinade and let sit for an hour or more.
She also has recipes that use soaked flax seeds, depending on the
gelatinous quality to add substance to a dish.
