Based on your information, we made arrangements at one of our local
store (called "Choices-Natural Market") and finally got "Nancy's" low
fat organic cottage cheese. No clue why it took so long, but now, we
enjoy this new (to us) product.
It costs us $3.95 (without tax) for a 16oz container, same as the
other cheeses; but we have to order 6 containers at time, meaning the
whole box as delivered. However, the owner of the store is very
pleased with the cheese and she said she wants to order more, to be
available in store all the time; in that case, of course we won't
need to special order.
