Budwig might help but IMHO Crohns like other auto-immune ilnnesess is caused
mostly due to the inflammation caused by Cell wall deficient bacteria in teh
gut an probably elsewhere that the immune system cannot see and therefore it
attcks us instead.

and auto-immune illnesses
www.theroadback.org (mostly for rheumatic illnesses but you'll see the
trend) Also check for Lyme disease via www.igenex.com and PCR testing.
Igenex is teh best we have as detecting Lyme and co-infections......
There are over 200 starins of Lyme we have a test for 1 strain and it is
grossly inaccurate. If were your friend I would starting looking at this as
an illness with an infectious etiology and lay off teh steroids - it will
make it worse!
Unless she has dairy issues that can be common in chrohns I would think
Budwig would be a soothing healing diet.....
