What was the size of the tumor that the PET scan missed? I thought
they were the most reliable for spotting cancer anywhere other than
the brain.
Jan, the one inside my colon wall was several centimeters, but the
tiny ones were about 3-4 millimeters. Yes, it is a realiable method,
but for lobular, and abdominal at that, maybe not so much.
