Sauekraut, I make it at home after buying cabbage from health-stores like Nilgiris or Namdharis which are spread across city and country.
high quality Flax-seeds are also available in these stores.
Apart from paneer, you can also use the the low-fat, high protein cheeses available in these stores. I am also using the yogurt homemade/from health food stores after draining them overnight and adding raw fresh milk (not packet milk from suppliers and stores).
