Why do you say that you should take Aloe Vera juice on its own?
Did you add the whole leaf?
If you did that is incorrect. You only put the internal juice in. However
,
the way I have is that I buy a bottle of Aloe vera juice from the health
food shop and have 40ml before food 2-3 x a day. Don't mix it in the
juice,
it should be taken on its own.
