Can you eat cooked sauerkraut??
I love sauerkraut but as someone else said if you
hate the taste it's hard to keep up, especially
when therer are so many other good things to get
in you like juiced carrots, etc. I don't have
much an appetite especially after all that
flaxseed oil.
