Where is everyone getting the sauerkraut juice? from purchased sauerkraut? Do you also eat it? I/ve tried to make my own sauerkraut a few times to avoid consuming the high amt of salt in the commercial products but I don't trust it (my own). I'm afraid to eat it or drink the juice. I don't know if it is safe or maybe unsafe. What are some of your experiences with this, anyone?
