I too have the same problem. I also received the order form but without the complete instructions. It gives the cost amounts in Euros, and I need to know how many dollars
I am supposed to send. He doesn't say anything about fright or handling charges, or the method of payment.
I have sent W. Bloching a second email asking him for this
information. I will let the group know if I get a reply.
If anybody has this information please post it in the group messages.
